This is a day for travelers who crave depth, warmth, and soul in their journey.

We’re heading to the Commandaria region, the land of the world’s oldest appelation wine still in production.
We’ll meet villagers who’ve returned to their roots and winemakers who pour stories into every glass.

On our first stop we’ll meet a retired professor who now spends his days cultivating the lands of his ancestors and caring for their olive groves, which are centuries old.
We’ll learn about his journey and savor the extra virgin olive oil pressed from his family’s millennial trees.
A private tour of the local Commandaria Museum awaits, enriched with his passionate stories, ending with a tasting of his own homemade products.

As the sun begins to set, we continue our journey to a small, soulful winery in the village of Agios Mamas.
Nikolas will greet us like an old friend welcoming us home. His cellar is small but full of heart and history.
We’ll sip Commandaria and then share a comforting village-style dinner cooked in the traditional wood oven.
More than a meal, it’s a feast of stories, laughter, and togetherness.
